Language 411- Interpreters
Language 411 is a program of Family Bridges, Inc., and offers both telephone and in-person medical interpretation services. By phone, Language 411 offers interpretation in more than 160 languages. In person, the program offers interpretation services in Amharic, Arabic, Burmese, Cambodian (Khmer), Cantonese, Dari, Farsi, French, German, Hindi, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Lao, Mandarin, Portuguese, Punjabi, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Toishanese, and Vietnamese, and can coordinate virtually any other language by request. Language 411 also offers interpreter training and written translation services.

Language World Services specializes in in-person healthcare interpreting in Northern California and in Los Angeles and also provides services by phone. This interpreting and translating company has contracts with several large medical centers and health systems and works in individual physician offices as well.
